Full House
Terms of Service
Last updated 9 October 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and ViralCow Ltd for using Full House. ViralCow Ltd is registered in England and Wales under company number 17109092. By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
What Full House does
Full House connects local food creators with restaurants in London. Restaurants pay a subscription for the service. Creators book a table for free, visit, create content and post it, and Full House pays creators for the views that content earns, from its own money. We manage the matching and scheduling.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 and give accurate information.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your sign-in secure.
- We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, is used for fraud, or puts other people at risk. While a creator account is suspended it cannot book or be invited, and its tables still to come are cancelled, but what it already earned stays yours to withdraw, as the section on cash for your views says. While a restaurant is suspended, creators cannot see it or book it, and its tables still to come are cancelled. We tell everyone whose table is cancelled.
For creators
- Joining is subject to review, and you confirm you are 18 or over when you apply. Being approved does not guarantee a set number of visits.
- Booking a table is free. When you book, you agree to turn up at the arranged time, follow the venue brief, and post the agreed content within 7 days of your visit. If you cannot make it, cancel in the app before the sitting.
- Strikes: if you do not turn up and did not cancel, or you do not post on time, you may get a strike. We look at every one ourselves, and none is automatic. A strike stops new bookings for 30 days and fades after 6 months, and three strikes close your account.
- Saying it is an ad. Every post about a visit is an ad: you are hosted for a meal, and you may be paid for the views. On Instagram, tag the restaurant and put #ad in your caption where people see it straight away, before the caption is cut off by “more”. On TikTok, put #ad in the same place. We ask you to confirm this when you hand a film in. We do not check your captions for you: getting it right is your job, and it is the law.
- No reviews: Full House never asks for, incentivises or rewards a consumer review, and neither a comped visit nor any cash is given in exchange for one. You must not post a review of a venue on Google, Yelp, TripAdvisor or any other review platform in connection with a visit arranged through Full House. Incentivised reviews are a banned practice under the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 and are prohibited by those platforms in their own right.
- Drinks. If you are under 25, film the food, not the drinks: you must never be shown drinking alcohol in a film for a visit. Whatever your age, nobody in your film who is, or looks, under 25 may be shown drinking alcohol.
- No boosting before day 30. Do not boost a film or run it as an ad until its 30 day count is done. The restaurant waits too: it may use your film in its own paid ads only after that count.
- Content usage rights: you keep ownership of your content. When you join, you give each venue you visit through Full House the right to reshare the content you make for that visit on its own channels, always with credit to you, and, once the film’s 30 day count is done, to use it in its own paid advertising. This is part of joining, not a setting you can switch off later. It stays with the venue if you later close your account.
- A comped meal is for one person and is what is described at the time of the booking. Neither the meal nor any cash you earn makes you an employee of Full House or the venue.
- Tax is yours to sort out. Cash you earn through Full House is income, and the value of a meal you are hosted for in exchange for content can count as income too. You may need to tell HMRC about it and pay tax on it.
Cash for your views
- We switch cash on creator by creator. Until yours is on, venues show you no rate and your views earn nothing, and nothing is paid for visits booked before it was on. Cash is only for creators aged 18 or over.
- The rate. Every restaurant shows a rate per 1,000 views. While it still has a free table, the rate climbs through the month: £1 per 1,000 views from the 1st, £2 from the 15th, £3 from the 22nd and £4 in the last 5 days of the month. Once its tables are all booked, its rate stops rising. The rate shown when you book is the rate you are paid for that visit.
- What counts. We count the public views on the film you hand in for the visit, 30 days after you post it. You are paid the rate for every 1,000 views, worked out to the penny and rounded down: 12,345 views at £4 per 1,000 views is £49.38.
- The pot. Each restaurant has a pot of £100 a month for the creators who visit it that month, paid by Full House. The first film to finish its 30 days is paid first. When the pot runs low a film is paid what is left, and once it is empty, films counted after that earn nothing for that month.
- Checks. Before a film is paid we check that it is yours, that it went up after your visit, that it has not been handed in before, and that it is still up at day 30. A film we cannot confirm waits for a person to look at it, and a film that fails a check earns nothing. So does a film taken down before it is counted, by you, or by us for breaking these terms.
- Once a film is counted, its money is yours. If you take the film down after that, you keep the money, but we notice, and if it keeps happening we may give you a strike or close your account.
- Withdrawing. Money is checked for 7 days after it is counted, so it is ready to withdraw from about day 37 after you post, later if a film needs a closer look. You can withdraw once at least £20 is ready, and a withdrawal takes everything that is ready. We may hold a withdrawal while we check it.
- Stripe pays it out. You set up payouts on Stripe’s own pages, which means accepting Stripe’s Connected Account Agreement there. Stripe checks who you are and holds your bank details. You need a UK bank account. Stripe charges a small fee to send each withdrawal to your bank, and it comes off the amount you withdraw.
- Tax details. Before your first withdrawal we ask for your legal name, date of birth, home address and National Insurance number. UK law requires platforms like ours to report to HMRC: by 31 January each year we send HMRC those details, the bank account we pay you into, and what you earned with us the year before and for how many films, and we send you a copy of the same report. We keep your tax details, with the record of everything we paid you, for 6 years after the end of the financial year (ours ends on 31 March) of your last earning or withdrawal, even if you delete your account, because UK tax law requires it.
- Corrections. If we pay you by mistake, or for views that break these terms, we may correct your balance. A correction shows in your Earnings.
- If your account is paused, frozen or closed, what you already earned stays yours and you can still withdraw it, unless it was earned by breaking these terms.
For restaurants
- Your plan brings four creators a month. Creators choose their own tables, so the section on your plan and billing says what happens in a month when fewer come.
- You set the brief, your opening days and your sittings, and creators book a table from them. You agree to honour the hosted experience for every creator who books with you.
- After a booked visit we may ask whether the creator turned up. Answer honestly: a no-show can cost a creator their bookings, so we look into a restaurant whose answers stand out.
- Full House pays creators for their views from its own money. It never changes your price, and you never see what a creator earns.
- You may reshare the content made for your visits on your own channels, always with credit to the creator. Once a film’s 30 day count is done you may also use it in your own paid advertising; never boost it or run it as an ad before then. Every creator agrees to this when they join, and the right stays with you if they later close their account. Any other use, such as selling the content or giving it to another business, needs the creator’s own permission.
Your plan and billing (restaurants)
- One plan. You pay monthly, or for a whole year up front, at the price agreed when your plan was set up. Your plan renews by itself at the end of each month or year until you cancel. Stripe takes the payments.
- Cancelling. Cancel any time, from your dashboard on our website or from Account in the app. Your plan, and your creators, carry on to the end of the month or year you have paid for, then stop.
- No refunds. What you have already paid is not refunded, the rest of a yearly plan included, except where the law says otherwise.
- Pausing. A monthly plan can be paused from your dashboard or the app. While it is paused you are not charged, and creators cannot find your venue or book a table. To pause a yearly plan, write to us.
- A month with fewer than four creators. Creators choose their own tables, so a month can bring fewer than four. If it does while your plan is live, not paused or suspended, and your venue had tables open to book, we take a quarter of a month’s fee off your next bill for each creator short of four. A creator who books and does not turn up counts as short. A table you cancel yourself counts as a visit. On a yearly plan a month’s fee is a twelfth of the year’s, and the credit comes off your renewal. Credit is never paid out in cash, and it ends when your plan ends.
- Closing your account. If you are the last person on your venue, closing your account stops its plan that day, with no money back for time already paid, and cancels its tables still to come; we tell each creator. If others are on your venue, it carries on for them.
- If we suspend your venue, creators cannot see it or book it, its tables still to come are cancelled, and a monthly plan is paused, so nothing is charged until we lift the suspension.
Content rules
These rules apply to everything anyone puts on Full House. A photograph, a film, a dish, a venue page, a name, a message. Break them and we take the content down.
Do not post:
- Anything that sexually exploits or endangers a child.
- Sexual content, nudity or pornography.
- Violence, threats, or anything that encourages self harm or suicide.
- Terrorist content, or anything that promotes or celebrates violent extremism.
- Hate speech or harassment aimed at a person or a group.
- Illegal goods or services, including drugs, weapons and stolen property.
- Fraud, scams or spam.
- Anyone pretending to be someone else, or a venue pretending to be a venue it is not.
- Photographs, films or writing you do not have the right to post.
- Another person’s private information, published without their permission.
- A comped visit posted without the disclosure the law requires.
Do not interfere with the service itself. Treat the people you meet through Full House with respect.
Reporting and removal
Every venue page, dish, film and profile in the app carries a report control. Tap it, tell us what is wrong, and the report reaches a person.
We look at every report within 48 hours. If you are not a Full House user and something on the service affects you, write to nick@viralcow.com and we will handle it the same way.
If we remove something, we tell the person who posted it what we removed and why. If we decide a report does not break these rules, we record that decision too. You can block another account from inside the app at any time, and we do not tell them.
Think we got it wrong? If you disagree with a decision we made about a report, a takedown, a strike or a suspension, write to nick@viralcow.com with Appeal in the subject. We look at it again and reply within 7 days. Anyone can complain to the same address about how we handle reports.
Child safety
Full House does not tolerate child sexual abuse or exploitation in any form. Every report sheet has a reason for exactly this, “A child may be at risk”, and those reports reach us first. Content of that kind is removed, the account is closed, and we report it to the National Crime Agency.
Our child safety contact is nick@viralcow.com. Write to that address about anything involving the safety of a child on Full House and it reaches a person directly.
Payments
Restaurant plans are billed through Stripe, as the section on your plan and billing sets out. Creators are paid through Stripe, as the section on cash for your views sets out. When we say a meal is on us, we mean we arrange it: the restaurant hosts it directly, and no money for a meal ever passes through Full House.
Our role and liability
Full House introduces creators and restaurants and manages scheduling. We are not responsible for the food, the venue experience, or the performance of any individual post, and we do not guarantee specific results such as view counts or earnings. To the extent the law allows, Full House is provided as is, and our liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the previous 12 months. That limit never reduces what we owe you for views already counted. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending your use
You can stop using Full House and delete your account at any time (see Delete your account). If we owe you money when you do, the delete screen shows how much: withdraw it first, or tick the box to give it up. A withdrawal already on its way to your bank has to land before you can delete. We may end or suspend access if these terms are broken.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top. Continued use after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
