I am a creator. How do I get visits?

Apply through the app, connect your socials, and complete your profile. Once you are approved you can browse every venue in the app and book a table yourself, free. Each venue shows why it is a good fit for you. Invites still land on top of that, and they reserve nothing: first come, first served.

How does the cash work?

Full House pays you for the views your film gets, from our own money: £1 to £4 per 1,000 views, depending on the rate the venue showed when you booked. We count the views 30 days after you post, check them for 7 days, and the money is yours to withdraw from about day 37. We switch cash on creator by creator. Until yours is on, venues show no rate and nothing is earned.

Why do restaurants pay different rates?

A restaurant with a free table pays more as the month runs out: £1 per 1,000 views from the 1st, £2 from the 15th, £3 from the 22nd and £4 in the last 5 days of the month. Once its tables are all booked, its rate stops rising. The rate on the card when you book is the rate you are paid for that visit, even if it changes later.

Is there a limit?

Each restaurant has a pot of £100 a month, shared by the creators who visit that month. The first film to finish its 30 days is paid first. Once the pot is used up, films counted after that earn nothing for that month.

Do I have to say it is an ad?

Yes. Every post about a visit is an ad. Put #ad in your caption where people see it straight away, before “more”, and on Instagram tag the restaurant too. If you are under 25, film the food, not the drinks. Never boost a film or run it as an ad before its 30 day count.

How do I get my money?

Open Profile, then Earnings. Once at least £20 is ready you can withdraw it all. The first time, we ask for your tax details and you set up payouts with Stripe, which pays it into your UK bank account. Stripe charges a small fee to send each withdrawal to your bank, and it comes off the amount you withdraw.

What if I cancel a booking?

Cancel in the app at any time before the sitting. It costs you nothing, and the table goes back to the restaurant.

What if I do not turn up?

If you miss a booking without cancelling, you may get a strike. We look at every one ourselves before anything happens. A strike stops new bookings for 30 days and fades after 6 months, and three strikes close your account. A video posted late can become a strike too, so cancel rather than ghost, and post on time.

Do I pay tax on it?

You might. Cash you earn through Full House is income, and so can be the value of a meal you are hosted for in exchange for content. You may need to tell HMRC. We ask for your tax details before your first withdrawal and keep a record of what we paid you.

I am a restaurant. What do I get?

A plan brings four vetted local creators a month to visit, film and post. They book your open sittings themselves, and your dashboard shows the content as it lands. If fewer than four come in a month, a quarter of a month’s fee comes off your next bill for each one short, as the Terms set out. We pay the creators for their views, never you.

How do I change or cancel my plan?

Cancel from your dashboard on our website or from Account in the app. Your plan runs to the end of the month or year you have paid for, then stops, with no refund for time already paid. A monthly plan can be paused the same way, and you are not charged while it is paused. To pause a yearly plan, email us.

How do I turn off notifications?

Open your settings in the app and adjust notification preferences, or change permissions in your device settings.
